The merchandising program feature is called Face Place Smile 2.0 Product Fulfillment, and it lets customers put their Face Place photos on custom-made, personalized merchandise from keychains to coffee mugs, t-shirts and more. Each product is ordered from the photo booth’s touchscreen interface and shipped out for same-day service. Suggested vend prices for photo-customized products are in the $20 and up range, giving operators a handsome profit margin on items with a $5-7 wholesale cost.
“We previewed the Product Fulfillment Center at IAAPA last fall and now we’re expanding the service with more merchandise choices,” said Apple COO Scott Avery. “This is the kind of lucrative upsell that only a networked, digital photo booth can create.

Face Place Theme Park, Face Place Deluxe and Face Place Sapphire are all loaded with Face Place Smile 2.0 software and support the Product Fulfillment Center.
